the hotel surprised me with a room upgrade. this added to the luxury of my stay. the room itself was immaculate and offered comfort. i appreciated the dining options available.
i had to ask reception for bath towels. they replaced them once. the shower went hot then freezing cold. the bathroom had a smell of drains sometimes.

i found the breakfast to offer a very large choice. the staff there showed to be top class. easy access to the parking was a plus and convenient for my car. the ground floor staffs are amazingly kind and helpful, i must add.
the room service sometimes do not meet my expectations, i think. when i came back late to the hotel, the options in the late evening menu are very limited. the state of faucets in the bathroom show some issues, needing maintenance.

the breakfast was quite good (especially the fresh juices). i noticed the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. valet parking was available and convenient. two restaurants are on-site, a supermarket and pharmacy are just down the street.
the service around the pool was a bit slow.

This hotel has friendly, helpful staff! The front desk was really helpful with check-in at midnight. The Sri Lankan receptionist was super warm. My stay was GREAT!!! My mama loved everything about the hotel, the venue is relaxing, and the hotel is not overwhelmed with guests.
I experienced delayed baggage collection! Repeating requests for the extra bed was necessary. Those issues should be fixed ASAP!!!

The rooms are lovely sized and clean. I had a Golf View Beautiful Room King. It was super quiet, and the housekeeping cleaned it perfectly, so it smelled heavenly every time.

This hotel has a lovely infinity pool that features a great view of the golf course. The location is GREAT. There are comfortable open and closed areas where one can sit and work undisturbed.

Breakfast offers many choices and is great. This hotel has great meals for kids with funny names. Ms. Jasmine at the restaurant welcomed us with smiles and explained all foods available.
